I have used Freedom Self storage for about 6 years, until the end of May 2009. The facility has been bought by another company and as a result they tore the roofing off to remodel. It rained while they had the roof off and as a result some of our belongings got soaked and developed a bad case of mold. When I brought it up to management the lady asked if I had purchased the optional insurance and I said "" No"". The manager told me that they couldn't do anything about it. Very disapointed with the service. If you have a choice don't do business with them.
Cons: Too expensive/ poor quality service
