I hired Bishop to fix a broken waste pipe outside the foundation of my home. They fixed it and I was happy with their quick response but afterwards everytime it rained I would get seepage in my basement around the waste pipe / wall area. I told them about it and they refuse to take resposibility. I talked to my city manager and they said they did not back fill it properly. They put back the clay and dirt leaving lots of voids instead of using the correct mixe of agragate, sand whatever. It will cost me as much to fix this mess as i paid Bishop. Don't call this company if you want things done correctly.
