The Hotel charges you for Suite rooms that are not actual Suites?? The Suite room we had was really a studio with only ONE TV. People with us had the same price with a room twice the size and 2 TV's. I'm okay with it if you are being upfront but to do it and try to hide the fact is not right!! In addition, when you got questioned about it the proper answer is not, Yeah I KNow What You Mean?? If you do then why would you not charge a discounted rate for that room? Offer something? We booked there for 7 days and stayed only 3 due to this response. I would have stayed for the room at a price that was $20 LESS to adjust for the size but they would rather have lost the revenue. I know they expected me to just walk away and not say anything but I'm still upset after 1 month ago. In this economy, why would anyone think this is okay? The Owners of this hotel should be upset that this is the kind of attitude they had. I can guarantee I will tell this story 50 times and it does not speak well of the hotel!
