This was the third collections agency I have dealt with and honestly the first time I ever got a reasonable experience. Before I called, I calculated how much I could pay per month and how many months it would take to clear my debt. When I called, I got a very nice young lady on the phone who listened to me, did not interrupt, did not ask me how much money I had in the bank, or anything intrusive as most collections agencies do. I simply stated how much I can pay per month and within ten minutes I was set up with automatic withdrawal from my bank account on a monthly basis. They even allowed me to pick my date of payment so that it would be the day after I get my monthly paycheck. I was very pleased with this. I have tried to call on a weekend to arrange a slightly lower monthly payment to compensate for inflation of gas and groceries, but had to leave a message. You would think they would have some CSRs on hand during "off hours".
Pros: No arguments or nosy questions from CSR
Cons: No weekend business hours for customers to call
