My vehicle was towed by this company 4 miles to thier impound lot and was held there for 3hrs. Had to call thier private dispatcher service, who proceded to tell me they dont except credit cards. So with me being disabled i had to walk 3 blocks to the ATM in the cold drenching rain with no coat and arthritic limps to get funds. They charged me $200.00 for that nightmare. I hate this company and they will never get my business ever again. GFY
