as the title dictates, I was not happy. Basically, I had a flat on the freeway on the way to work, so I checked around the area, and found Del Amo motor-sports. They're very very friendly, I'll give you that. But it all went down hill from there. First off, their serices are WAY overpriced, as well as their parts marked up. Not to mention, they didn't even have the tire needed for my bike. So it takes them not the rest of the day, not the following day, but TWO freakin weeks to finally come to the conclusion that they should just replace the intertube and have done with it. When I got the bike back, they had also performed and charged me for chain maintainance. Which I neither asked for, nor did I consent to when they asked about it over the phone. I do it own maintainance because of numbskulls like these, and having to resort to them was both a costly, and pain in the ass experience.
