I called the restaurant to place an order for pick up but tell them that their website is down and so I can not see the menu online. Jacky, the hostess that answered the phone, tells me that the menu is on the website, completely ignoring what I had just told her moments before. I try to explain to her again that the website is down but I would like to order a roll with eel and avocado and all of a sudden the phone is passed to another worker at the restaurant. I asked why I was transferred and the worker is just as clueless as I am and replies, "I don't know, Jacky just handed me the phone and walked away". What kind of business are these people running? Seriously. more
