I was referred to Assara by my doctor to help me remove excessive hair growth on my arms. As my doctor explained to me, laser hair removal is the most effective treatment currently available to reduce my unwanted hair growth. The other methods available are waxing and shaving, which is what I've been doing up to this point, and electrolysis. I was fed up with constantly waxing the hair growth on my arms, which was time-intensive and uncomfortable. Shaving was not an option because I didn't want stubble. Apparently, electrolysis is very good for permanent hair removal; however, the process is supposed to be quite expensive and each session would take several hours. I've had two sessions of laser at Assara and can attest to the effectiveness of laser hair removal. My arms are completely smooth in between sessions, and I have only 4 more sessions to go before they're smooth permanently. The sessions take only about 30 minutes, and I do them during my lunch break. I'm giving Assara and laser hair removal five stars.
