All through the years I was always outside playing baseball then when I had children I was outside with them. I never used sun block. Now I regret it. My wife noticed a couple of dark moles in funny shapes on my arms. I went here to get it checked out. They had them tested & it was the beginning stages of skin cancer. They removed them & now I have to go to get check every 6 months. I am very thankful that my wife found them before it was too late. The doctor talked to me about how important it was to cover up & use sunblock during the daytime. They were really caring & professional. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me.
