First the bad news:\r
Unless things have changed, you will be expected to sit where passersby can stare in the window at you as she is putting wigs on you. If you have minimal or no hair, it is embarrassing! And people DO stare in. You can request to be fitted in back where passersby cannot stare at you, but it isn't offered to you right up front and it can be a little uncomfortable to insist.\r

This business is built primarily on one-time sales, to chemo patients. I too have been burned when something went wrong and she wouldn't stand behind the problem. For her, there is a never-ending stream of new customers lining up behind you and repeat customers are not valued.\r

Also, beware of her "styling" your new wig. She grabs at chunks and whacks them off in random ways. She does NOT carefully section and cut You will have an uneven do and it will show after you have washed your wig the first time!. You won't understand why you can't get it to look right. \r
