Brought my computer in to have the administrator turned on or off in order to allow a flash player to be installed. The geek squad kept it two days then called that it was ready. I brought it home and plugged it in. Absolutely nothing had been done. The flash player still was not and could not be installed. I have no idea what they did all that time, but it certainly was not fixing my problem. \r
