I worked at Tria for almost 2 years. The management is nothing but friendly and always willing to do anything to make their guests happy. That being said, they also need to ensure that their employees are taken care of as well. How do you think it is ok to go out to eat and not tip your server? It does not matter if you go into the restaurant 1 once a month or 5 days a week-YOU ALWAYS TIP. Do you understand that servers PAY THEIR BILLS based on what you tip us? If you cannot afford to tip, then DO NOT EAT OUT. I am strapped for cash quite often myself, but when I go out to eat, I take care of my server because that is not his/her problem! I am proud of my formal manager for defending his staff and asking that someone as classless and ignorant as you not to come back.
