My mother is at Greenwood Gardens and has been for several years. Yes, the company was sold, and yes things were different. Different is not always bad. If you have ever been a part of a company that was sold, you know that it is very hard. You have employees that don't like new policies and they do things to sabatoge the new company, etc. Turnover is to be expected during a time like this. I do agree that Greenwood Gardens probably has not communicated things to us as well as they could have, but they are really trying. My mom has never experienced anything but love and care from the staff. If I ever had a concern I call the new director, Tina and they will even give you the cell numbers of their regional staff. They immediately address any concerns and invite me to call any time with concerns or suggestions. What were these complainers doing to help ease the transition pains?
