I used Cross County Service to close my pool for a few years and had a few problems that they never wanted to correct after making. The thing that made me never want to use them again though was when I called them to repair a leak in my pipe, coming out of my filter. They broke another pipe while fixing the one that was leaking and charged me an outrageous price to make the repairs. They said that all the pipes needed to be replaced anyway, which was false. I went ahead and paid them to do it anyway and about 3 days after they made the repair, one of the pipes they replaced began leaking. I called and was told someone would be out. The next day they repaired the pipe and several days later I get another outrageous bill for the repair. I made a complaint to the girl on the phone and the owner called me later. I told him it was ridiculous to have to pay for a leak in a pipe that they just replaced a few days ago and he said "the leak could have been caused by something else". Never again
