I took my car there after an accident where the transmission pan was cracked, control arm was bent, and I needed a new wheel. Well, then they tell me rack and pinion and power steering pump need to be replaced. I agreed to all of the work, to the tune of $1500, and my car has never been the same. I get my car back, and every time I accelerate, I have this high pitched whine, which I had never heard before. I asked them about this, took it back in to them, and they acted like I was stupid, and they didn't hear anything. Long story short, they replaced the power steering pump, again. Then, about six months later had to replace the rack and pinion AGAIN. Now, I am having the same issues, and I rarely ever drive my car because I carpool to work. My mother recently had work done to her car and refused to go anywhere near Pfefferle because of the way they treated me.
