The service was prompt. Ferdi and Anthony came a soon as I wanted (the day after I called). They were neat and polite. But the best part was the result. I didn't know the carpet could get so clean and like new. Our carpet is 10 years old and has been steam cleaned with water several times. The men who stretched my carpet and are very knowledgeable about carpets advised me against using water on the carpet. I'm so glad they did. I'm thrilled with the results. Margaret H
