Victor, Neil and Roland did a great job! They let me know they were coming and were so nice. You can tell they truly believe in their product and love what they do. It is nice to see such enthusiasm! My carpet came out beautiful and super fluffy. ALL OF THE STAINS WERE REMOVED! MUD< CHOCOLATE MILK RED WINE!! Make sure to buy the cleaner. It is great for touch ups or for just freshening up your carpets and sofa. Will use every year. They were super friendly and very outgoing! Erin Gill
