My husband and I have eaten at this wonderful establishment more times than I can count. It is on our list as one of, if not the, best places for sushi in Austin. That being said, lately the service has really gone downhill. On our most recent visit a manager, whom I've never seen before (maybe he's new?) asked us to give up our table as we were finishing dinner and drinks with another couple. We had ordered two bottles of wine and spent quite a large amount of money on sushi. We were not trying to take a long time - we were simply finishing our drinks and using the restroom. I have never been so embarassed by a service person before. We were told there was a long wait and they needed our table. I have waited for tables at Musashino many times. Good food is worth waiting for - poor service is not. I'm not sure I would feel comfortable returning to eat with another couple. I felt like I was eating at a ""turn 'em and burn 'em"" rather than one of the best sushi spots in town. Truly disappointing.
