A HOSPITAL, OR ANY BUSINESS, SHOULD TRY TO MAKE FAMILY MEMBERS OF PATIENTS IN YOUR UNITS AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. WE MAY LOOSE OUR LOVED ONE AT ANY TIME. WE OPPOSE NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THIS WAITING AREA . AT ANY TIME WE COULD GET THE LAST CALL AND WE NEED TO STAY CLOSE.\r FAMILY MEMBERS ARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND WE CAN ELECT TO CHOOSE OTHER FACILITIES THAT ARE MORE CARE ORIENTED. ALSO, WE WERE IN THAT WAITING AREA FOR 5 DAYS BEFORE THE TRASH WAS EMPTIED OR THE FLOORS CLEANED.\r \r JUST A CUP OF COFFEE, ECT. WITHOUT SECURITY ACTING LIKE A WARDEN WOULD BE A COMFORT IN ITSELF.
