I guess since they offer cars so cheap and are a small business, the customer service and operations area is lacking. I had a reservation for a car, received the text message it was ready....then got to the garage...no car. When I called customer service she didn't know what I should do and that she'd have to have someone call me back at an indeterminable future time. I got a call from their Ops manager about an hour later. By then I had put my friend in a cab to get to the Westchester airport. While the Ops guy, Bill, immediately offered to pay for the cab and my next rental, it was like pulling teeth to get this to fruition. It did eventually happen though, so I guess they've got that much. Was a really weird month to get it there though, lots of excuses, a weird voice change (I'm not sure if he was trying to avoid me or just being weird). I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, right? Pros: cheap cars Cons: customer service, nationwide more
