It's wonderful to have the law on your side. Due to an infected beautiful beach town of casino under ground style thugs no one is really safe. The Preamble isn't honored due to the fame and glory from the under cut. If the leads gathered were justified as constructive material to gather witnesses, solve a case(s), and/or to shut down underground operations contaminating our youth then it wouldn't be a waste of tax payers money. The truth of the matter is that the on-going ""operations/sweeps"" are not profiting those that need to be proctected, specifically those that need rehabilitation. When an arresting Police Officer saids ""NO"" to the female Intake Bailiff's on searching a female you know something is shady within that system. This isn't the behavior of a law abiding diplimat or a representation who uses his Preamble as he/she has sworn to honor. \r
4-Way Search Clauses used as decoys and reprocessed criminals are used as a set up to to catch the considered most guilty party or partakers of the whole orderal. I do not believe there has been a successful all around clean up spoken of on the streets in weeks. So, what is really happening and is there a corrupt system as the Cartel present in the East Bay or are they sitting in a dungeon placating? Relaxing isn't it to know anyone you meet you may have to do a back ground check before you accept them in your life even as an acquaintance. The grays of our judicial system mabe based upon jurisdiction, via the view of many commoners of the East Bay. It seems the Preamble which sets the Code of Honor is made a mockery of by some memebers of the APD while the others stand by and watch. \r
The leverage used s beyond belief. The fact of the matter is time, energy and money are wasted by not thinking out of the box. I hope anyone who has decided to get clean and sober isn't being abused for the cause of a lead. That does not assist in the rehabilitation process which requires you to stay out of the game in order to have a successful recovery. Pardon me if I say ""HELLO MACFLY!!!!."" when as long as the game has been going on you still haven't reached goal on cleaning up the East Bay (ALAMEDA, Oakland, San Francisco, etc.). Do you smell something fishy or is it recycled garb to save the economy. Leverage tactics must not be accomplishing the mission set forth. \r

The only thing happening is that people are being processed in the system without a real probable cause. I'm sure if given time you will understand what means when said ""Wag The Dog"" is underway. \r

Did Janet Reno run the same operation with her people when it came to national security for the U.S.? Do you have faith that the example of justice is judicially exercised through out all government ? Do you feel that the Alameda Police is exempt from the type of questions? Where is the proof of their endeavors after several years of investigations and why are others being trickled out of their home just to safe from those considered in the ""Game?"" Please pardon the sarcasm but this makes the end-user of the judicial system as another statistic in saving the world. \r
