If only zero stars were an option.\r \r I went to the Jealous Gardener to exchange a sale wreath I'd purchased less than 24-hours before. The owner Susan refused to exchange it, even for other final sale items. I explained that it looked bad in our house and that I'd had it for less than a day. \r \r I begged her to please reconsider, and that I'm a new customer and didn't know her policies. She told me that she didn't expect ""my kind"" to keep her business afloat anyway. When I asked her to explain, she mumbled that I was ""low class"" as she walked away from me.\r \r Susan then said that she works 7 days a week and that she didn't want me bringing my sick child into her store. (He was in his stroller the entire time.) Then she said, ""Get you and your germy kid out of my store."" \r \r When I stood there, sort of shocked, she then said she'd call the police if I didn't leave. \r \r The owner Susan should be utterly ashamed to treat people so poorly.
