We had to wait 25 minutes longer than the time that they gave us for the pizzas to be done. When we finally got them, two of the pizzas were burned and not edible. When we asked if we could get a refund they said ""no"" but said we could get a coupon for $3.00 off of our next pizza. They did say that we could have new pizzas made but that it would be a 30 minute wait.
Cons: Poor customer service, burned pizza
