Listen folks...I had been working out religiously for over 20 years. Began in the gym as a junior in high school and never stopped. Approaching my late-30s, the nagging pains and injuries increased. Decided to try something new and visited NW Personal Training. Well...by the end of the first month (2 sessions/week), my body was feeling better than at anytime in the previous 20-years!!! Felt great mentally too! Nagging pains were gone, strength and flexibility improved dramatically. Continue to train with both Ted Schatz and Rob Cloke, and couldn't ask for better. These guys are fantastic!
