Out of maybe 12 calls I've placed to Keith's, they've actually answered the phone twice. Usually you get a pre-recorded message/announcement that will not let you leave a message. In visiting the store, it becomes pretty obvious what the deal is: They are very busy nearly all the time. They are consciously aware that they are busy enough, and will remain busy enough in the future, that they don't need to care about customer service. This is great for them, but bad for anyone who has a question or needs some assistance. Pros: Good selection & reasonable prices Cons: They never answer their phone & customer service is lacking more
