Window World came and replaced all of our windows. We had many issues from broken window frames to mis-sized windows. The mis-sized windows were all ready torn out and big pieces of plywood were placeholder for THREE weeks on the main front windows of our house. After several return trips, they final got all the windows installed but the caulking around the windows was terrible. Even after many phone calls I could not get them to come back. If you uses them keep at least 25% until 3 months after the job is complete.
