They charged $50 just to do a computer diagnosis of a mechanical problem. FOR EACH COMPLAINT! A 30 minute procedure? Maybe? Then they give you a jacked up estimate for repair. Do yourself a favor and visit a reputable dealer or service. I can only hope that Chrysler goes out of business and takes this ripoff dealer with it.
