I lucked out in finding Home Advantage Property Management. I went online looking for a property manager and was wary of big business guys I saw. Home Advantage was more local and I thought that we would get more attention with a local company.
What sold me on Home Advantage was meeting Dan. I interviewed him -- we talked and he came over to our house. He was open and honest.
Also, Dan brings with him network of other resources, including people who can help with painting, plumbing and so on. This made our job a million times easier in terms of preparing our house and renting it.
Dan handled and mediated all of the contractual issues. We would never have been able to respond to issues as quickly as he did because we live a few hours away.
I recommend Home Advantage because I feel that you can trust Dan. That is important because your home is your investment. You care who lives there and who is watching over it. Dan is very conscientious.
