Must have the city of Portland in their pocket as they hate other parking companies and dont believe in America's freedom to do business. They have been known to park in the entrance of other companies garages so that no one can park in the garage (they are more than willing to pay the tow fee). A BUNCH OF IDIOTS! They should be taken out to the woodshed...they deserve a beating! Someone in the city of Portland needs to realize what is going on in their city. DO NOT PARK AT A CITY CENTER LOT!!!
