I bought a trench coat in the petites dept last year, while out in New Orleans, lost the belt. I took the coat to the petites section, Lauren, went all out, contacted the buyer, after much effort, found another belt and had it shipped to my home, no charge. I am so pleased, saved a very classy belted trench coat look. Now that's service!
