I live in the city and avoid Times Square like the plague, but I was in the area and was needing to find a great under-eye cream. It was time for my dark bags under my eyes to go. Well, I approached an employee, Gail, and she took me all the way across the store and talked me through several products. I was a little nervous to drop $70 on a tiny bottle of lotion without trying it. She offered a sample or two to help me make my decision. I know the place can be a zoo, but I was so appreciative that she took the time to give me great service.
