I called my pizza in for pickup and the person who took my order could barely speak English so it took a little longer to get my order in, then when i arrived i walked in to see the manager yelling at the counter person. I have worked in the service industry before and i have yet to see such terrible behavior from a store manager. i don't think i will be going back to pizza roma unless i get desperate
