I found a gem! I eat a lot of sushi. I eat a lot of sushi in a lot of cities. I usually find sushi bars try to fool me into eating chewy tasteless miniscule portions that cost a mint. This IS the exception. Every time I try a new shushi restaurant I order simple sashimi and sushi, starting with nagiri and working my way up to the futomaki... I look for skill in preparation, freshness of product, superior flavor, and prompt service. This place is the real deal and has it all. Don't be scared my fellow sashimi lemmings.
