This place has been an absolute nightmare, and it seems as though I am not the only one. Two years ago a friend of mine (bottom review) and I purchased windows for our homes. We have had tons of problems with the functionality and overall quality of the windows. My friend has changed his windows, however I am going to fight it!!! I am not going to get ripped off for over $4,000. FYI - once they have your money, they don't give a damn about you...its all about them!!! For 2 years I have been waking up to noisy windows due to faulty assembly or seals. It took months to get someone out here...they replaced glass on the north side of my home....my windows still make tons of noises. Its been 3 weeks since I contacted them and they have failed to show up on scheduled appointments 3 times. I am losing hours and business each time they do not show up for a scheduled appointment. Like I said... once they have your money...its all about them...not you....
So, It has been over 6 months since my original issues. I still have all the same issues, and no one is showing up for appointments. Every time I call, the manager happens to be with a customer...surprise surprise!!! So its been two years, my windows are still a mess and I am still out over $4,000. I have attempted to contact SI Inc of Arizona whom assembles the windows and of course there is only one person to talk to and he is out until thursday. My next steps are to contact the be-tt-er bu-siness- beaureau of new mexico as well as the consumer protections division at the attorney generals office. If you feel that you have received a faulty product from this company, don't let them get you!!! Fight it until you win!!! I will not stop until I get what I paid for!!!! I will keep you posted on what happens. There are third party organizations that will help you fight for what is right!!! Research your company..don't make the same mistake I did...so as you can see the previous review is very deceitful! I was given a faulty product which is still in my home 2 years later!!! They don't care about your warranty...its all about the cheapest way out... BEWARE!!!!
