This is a wonderful, clean establishment with friendly staff! While they aren't as expensive as a full service spa, their prices do run a bit high but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! Now no business is perfect and some customers are naturally more demanding than others but I've never been hurt while receiving a mani/pedi or eyebrow/lip wax and I've never contracted any infections! The only con I can see is that there is only one person doing waxing and she also does nails so if you need waxing service and they're busy you will see a wait. Other than that, not much else to say except try them out and ask for Theresa!
