I can not explain how pleasant my experience was. I needed my brakes replaced. They called me to ask me if I wanted to come over while they had my car in the air so that they could explain what was going on with it. When it came time to chose which brake pads to use they did not try to upsell me, in fact they told me to go with the cheaper pads since my car was so old. In the end, they ended up finding the ceramic pad for the same price as the metallic pads, which was a definite bonus. Finally, they stayed at the shop an hour and a half after closing to make sure that I got my car back that day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic.
