We paid over $100.00 for our dog to be trained. The trainer was absolutely horrible at getting her point across and would get nasty with pet owners (including us) if we didn't understand or do what she demanded that we do. Upon requesting a refund, or to take the classes again she lied and said that the people taking care of my dog had come and finished the classes. The people said they came one time for me. They are liars over there and cannot conduct business in a proper manner. The managers even help them lie. If they cannot conduct business any better than what they do than I will not conduct business with them at all!
