Ok so I've had my hair colored here and then my hair cut here. The first experience with the coloring deserved a 3 BUT I had to give it a 1 because whoever cut my hair was a total B. She told me the reason my hair was so dry was because I use grocery store coloring and to her surprise/ embarrassment I quipped back ""Well that's funny because the last night I dyed my hair it was here."" I guess that goes to show you how ""Great"" their products are. She thinned my hair even though I asked her not to... it was horrible. Like I said expensive and I'm glad they don't let you tip because I didn't want to give her a dime more.
Pros: the colorist, no tipping
