This company recently charged on of my co workers over $100 for a 256MB stick of PC100 memory. To compound the situation the memory was faulty, when exchanged for a different stick it too was defective. When a supervisor was finally available after 2 days of phone calls instead of showing some compassion for the customer the manager argued with her insisting that his products passed their in house diagnostics. An A+ certified technician installed the memory and verified that it was defective, the computer would not boot with the memory purchased from WCS but would boot with the original memory installed. This was the worst example of customer service I have witnessed in quite some time. Escpcially for a company that stresses low prices as their number one selling point.
