My husband and I recently went to the Cock and Bull Restaurant. The food use to be really good. This time the service was very bad.
We waited 45 minutes until our soup came out. The waiter said something about the veal we ordered being a problem with. Our side dish came out one half hour before the main meal which was cold when they finally brought our veal out. I bit into it and it smelled of cleaning fluid and had a very bad taste. I thought we were coming out to an upscale restaurant. We don't live around the corner. We were disappointed. At that point we left. We didn't even get an apology from the manager. Also the restaurant was not crowded. I caution you to stay away. We also got sick that night from the food we did eat there.
