Wow...I can't say enough about this place! I just wish it was closer to me (I live in DS) I love the fact that it's "slow food"...vs "fast food". The flavors are so intense! If you know anything about food, you really appreciate the time and devotion and expense it takes to create such delights. I love having friends and their kids try it and see the reaction on the faces. The personal interest in my life that the owner, Teo, expresses is just a joy and refreshing. As a business owner, myself, I know that with all the demands needed/expected to run a successful business with such attention to detail is all consuming. The fact that he, stops, and takes time to chat is often amazing to me. I watch as "novices" come in and the many free samplings they take to decide (most are very appreciative) sometime a few wonder why it takes "2 seconds longer" to prepare their coffee/pannini...I guess they're used to fast tasteless food. But then the smile of bliss with their fist taste always wins them over! Open one in Dripping!
