My future sister in law planned a small dinner party for my fiance..reservations were made. We were seated in a timely fashion as we all arrived on time. From 7:30 when the first guest arrived with the latest arriving at 8pm...we didn't receive our menus until 9pm and didn't receive food until 10:15. . My friend ordered bread when she first was seated and that took forever. The service was just awful. It seemed as if they would have given us a waitress to cater to only us not one who had us and every other table in the section because we made reservations for a party of 12. In addition to the awful service...we were charged $25 for each person that didn't show up. I think that's a bit rediculous and really considering the awful service and long wait we had to eat...that should have been waived. God forbid the other three would have shown up, we probably would have taken EVEN LONGER to get proper service.
The food was excellent that thats the only thing good about the entire experience at jordans.
