I went to this company last year to have my 2007 taxes done. The preparer told me that I didn't have to report alimony payments. I found out later that that was incorrect, and had to do an amended return and pay more money to the IRS. The owner did refund the money I paid to them (they're not that cheap, in my opinion) but still, their mistake cost me a lot of money, time and grief.
