Polestar installed a water heater two weeks ago at a reasonable price. After the installation there was very little pressure/water in my kitchen faucet, so little that it took 6-7 minutes to fill up the kitchen sink (It's a Delta that is one year old). I called and the sales guy insisted it was a plugged aerator. He sent someone out who told me that when they flushed the old water heater some debris "probably" got stuck in my faucet. When I asked him to fix it, he said he would for 395.00! --that it wasn't his fault. Sent him packing and will never use Polestar again.
