I attended the World Dance Fitness Class at the Transformation Studio and I have to say it was one of the the best fitness classes I ever attended!! Interesting, new and fun way to work a little sweat and burn some calories. The instructor covered moves ranging from hip-hop to Indian bhangra to African to salsa to belly dancing, all while doing a decent fitness work out and having fun. The time flew and I wanted more! I will be back. Oh, AND you don't need to know how to dance b/c the instructor walks through all moves while still keeping the class going. Sign up today ladies!
