I have been doing business with Les Schwab tire stores for a long time and have always received superior service. I look forward to my tire purchases because the staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Recently I have been let down by the staff at the Lancaster store. I have gone to that store three times, today being the third and all three times treated in an offish manner. Today I was not greeted (absolutely no smile) and I felt like I was inconvenience.I will now go to the Mission store even though it is out of my way.
