Insurance companies hate Leifs and Leifs hates Insurance companies and in the end; you pay the price. I went there to get the factory parts which turns out just means parts made in a factory (used, aftermarket or new).
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one frustrated. Neither party takes any accountability on the delays, the ""alternative parts"", the remaining balance that the Insurance co wont pay, or the overall bad experience.
If I were you, I would just go somewhere else.
