When I think of BBQ, I think of fresh meat marinading in fantastic sauces, cooking into the meat. That is not Dixie Bones :( The meat may be fresh but it comes dry and bland. Granted there are a few choices of sauce at each table that you can put on your meat but its just not what I expect from BBQ.
