I picked up my bridesmaid dress alteration and after paying for it I realized I was charged incorrectly. Although I realized it before I left the store but after I paid, I discussed it with Roena (sp?) and she stated that she would call the bride. I told her forget it because I didn't see a need to bother the bride for an alteration on a bridesmaid dress that I was incorrectly charged for. After I cooled down I called back and left messages for 2 days and was told I would receive a call back but never did. I finally got a hold of Roena the 3rd day and she argued with me and made it seem like it was my fault that I was charged for an alteration that I didn't even have done. \r
This is BY FAR the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received!
