My friend, who is Korean, got a facial at this spa. The owners of the establishment are also Korean, and so one would assume they would know how to treat the facial skin of someone that is similar to them. Instead, they messed up her skin with a facial giving her bumps, dryness and causing a massive breakout. When she went in to rectify the situation, the owners tried to make it better but in fact made her skin worse. Two days later, my friend called the spa because the bumps and breakouts were not going down, and the skin specialist that treated her told her to call her if the skin was not healing. When she called, the workers said the owner was not available.\r

Several minutes later, THE OWNER CALLED AND STARTED ACCUSING MY FRIEND OF TRYING TO OBTAIN FREE SERVICES. More heinous than that, my friend is getting married soon and only came to start getting pre-wedding facials. You would think that this spa would try to maintain a good (?) reputation by a) giving a good product, b) giving decent customer service and c) NOT ACCUSING CUSTOMERS OF BEING THIEVES.\r

Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. Their manners are like that of their mongol ancestors (think Genghis Khan).
Pros: good ambiance
Cons: CR*P PRODUCT
